Welcome to ISAP Canada - Independent School Advancement Professionals

[Formerly known as CAISAP]

We are a volunteer-run association that connects all members of Canadian independent schools advancement teams and promotes networking opportunities to help strengthen advancement programs.

ISAP Canada achieves this through networking at regional round-table gatherings, networking on national conference calls, and a partnership with CCAE to offer an annual conference, the Independent School Summit.

Since the 1980s, we’ve been focused on building a strong network of professionals, which includes those employed in development, alumni/ae relations, major gift fundraising, planned giving, event management, advancement support services, prospect researching, database management, marketing, and communications.

To recognize outstanding professionals, awards are presented biennially. A bursary program supports newcomers to the field.

 All development and advancement professionals employed by an independent not-for-profit K-12 educational institution in Canada are welcome to join ISAP Canada.
